What we do

Installation: NWRS is factory-authorized to install and maintain most major brands of commercial kitchen equipment. When bringing a new piece of equipment on line, it’s important to use a factory-authorized installer because improper installation can void your entire warranty. Over the years, we’ve developed a simple, but effective, installation process that protects your warranty and ensures your new equipment works properly.


Maintenance: Just like your car, your kitchen appliances need preventive maintenance to achieve maximum life and operate at peak efficiency. As with installation, preventive maintenance is also a critical factor in keeping your warranty in force. As a factory-authorized service outlet, our manufacturers keep us up to date on issues that may have arisen with certain makes and models of equipment. If there’s an issue, we’ll let you know about it before it becomes a problem.


If you own or manage a restaurant, you have more important things to do than worry about your kitchen equipment. That’s why we’ll sit down with you at the beginning to outline an equipment maintenance program that makes sense, fits your budget, protects your warranties, and doesn’t disrupt your workflow.

If the equipment is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. In many cases, this means little or no out-of-pocket expense to you. If the warranty has expired, we’ll provide you with an accurate, dependable quotation so you know exactly how much the repair will cost before we proceed.
