All our technicians are factory-trained, EPA-certified, and are overseen by a lead technician with at least five years of experience in foodservice equipment installation and servicing. We have serviced virtually every type of commercial kitchen: large and small, cooking and refrigeration.

Kyle Wilkins, Service Manager

Kyle has been with Northwest Restaurant Services since 2011. He holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Eastern Washington University and has been in the foodservice industry for seven years. He lives in Bothell with his wife Rachel and two kids, Brooks and Makena. In his spare time, he coaches high school football.

Ester Aure, Comptroller

Ester is the comptroller for Northwest Restaurant Services and the Seattle Restaurant Store. She is in charge of accounting and billing.

Geoff Higgs, Parts Manager

Geoff started working in commercial kitchens nearly 35 years ago. He has a degree in Breads and Pastry from the Seattle Culinary Academy and has worked as a pastry cook, bread baker, and prep cook. He started working at our sister company, Seattle Restaurant Store, three years ago and moved to Northwest Restaurant Services in July of 2015 as parts manager and dispatcher.
